All COMIXSIL orders are fulfilled and dispatched from India.

We currently ship within India. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@comixsil.app before purchasing and we will let you know whether shipping is available to your destination.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• India: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping is currently free on all orders within India unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tracking information may not be automatically provided for every order.

If you would like an update on your order status, please contact support@comixsil.app and include your order number in your message.

At this time, COMIXSIL does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@comixsil.app.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please review the size guide before placing an order. Because we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for sizing-related issues, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
