By accessing the COMIXSIL website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

COMIXSIL releases clothing and accessories in limited drops ("chapters"). Each artifact is described with reasonable accuracy; however, we do not guarantee that product images exactly represent the final product due to variations in screen displays and manufacturing tolerances. All measurements and sizing notes are provided as guidance.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee its availability. An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraud.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout and in our Shipping & Returns policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All designs, graphics, text, product configurations, and branding on the COMIXSIL website are the exclusive intellectual property of COMIXSIL. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

COMIXSIL is an independent label. Our designs are original creations inspired by narrative themes and are not licensed, affiliated with, or endorsed by any anime, manga, or media franchise.

COMIXSIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or shipping delays. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Our return and refund policy is outlined in our Shipping & Returns page. All returns must be initiated within the specified window and must meet the conditions described therein.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
